livenavorilo normally processes orders within 2-3 business days. Standard transit is then estimated at 20-45 calendar days after dispatch. Processing and delivery are separate periods. Customs, weather, holidays, carrier congestion, or remote destinations can add time.
How can I get my tracking details?
Email lippegianahid@outlook.com with the order number and checkout email address. We will provide the available tracking information. A carrier may take several days after dispatch to show the first scan, particularly for an international parcel.
Do you provide free shipping and cover import charges?
Standard shipping is free when the discounted order subtotal is more than US$30. For US$30 or less, the shipping charge is displayed at checkout. livenavorilo covers applicable taxes and import duties for accepted destinations, so customers should not be asked for a separate tax or customs-duty payment at delivery.
How does the 30-day free return work?
Email lippegianahid@outlook.com within 30 days after delivery and wait for authorization before sending the item. When a physical return is required, we provide a prepaid label and charge no restocking fee. After an approved refund is issued, it normally reaches the original payment account within 3-7 business days.
